The Advanced General and Organic Chemistry Molecular Model Set is essential when you want to visualize 3-D molecular structures or learn isomerism or nomenclature. This model set has all of the parts necessary to be successful in a college/university level General or Organic Chemistry course. This set contains 180 durable plastic parts including 5 VSEPR models (linear, trigonal planar, tetrahedral, trigonal bipyramidal, and octahedral) and 1 square planar model for building complex ions. The bond lengths are scaled for accuracy. This model set has both rigid and flexible bonds. Rigid bonds allow for easy rotations around single bonds. Flexible bonds are great for creating double and triple bonds and securely holding the atoms within the structures.
